“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”

The organization was established in 2018 with the aim of conducting empowering activities and promoting equal opportunities for all segments of society, including women, men, children, youth, individuals with disabilities, and those without, to support civic engagement and create sustainable development.

"Changing Steps Association" draws its energy from graduates and volunteers who are ready to change the world, as well as from those who identify with the youth spirit. Throughout all stages, the association operates under a system that relies entirely on volunteerism. University students, within teams in the association, continue to engage in activities such as social media, resource development, and human resources. Some members of the board of directors and the auditing board also consist of young individuals striving for a more equal and liberated world.

Common Purpose is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing individuals from diverse backgrounds together to cultivate their leadership skills for greater effectiveness in society.

The courses unite individuals from vastly different backgrounds and sectors, facilitating connections that might not otherwise occur. Participants are exposed to unfamiliar scenarios and presented with challenging situations, allowing them to witness firsthand the decision-making processes of others. This offers invaluable insights into the diverse leadership approaches across various backgrounds, revealing what strategies succeed and what doesn't.

The courses prioritize the necessity for leaders to broaden their perspective beyond their immediate responsibilities, ensuring they make decisions in consideration of the bigger picture and do not operate in isolation.

Having been actively engaged with Common Purpose since 2010, for more information, please visit website.

Founded in 2000, the charity organization grants wishes of children between the age of 3 to 18, who have life threatening medical conditions. The mission of the charity is to realize the wishes giving  children hope, strenght and an unforgettable day in their life.

Being part of the charity since 2007, I took responsibilities as Volunteer, Volunteer coordinator and member of the board.
